HARDWARE:

The reason we need specific threads is to accommodate our current hardware inventory. Nexcopy does not want to have two seperate hardware bins of screws and nuts. Thus we request to standardize on 8-32.

# All pem nuts must be 8-32
8 → This is the screw size, specifically a #8 screw. In the Unified Thread Standard (UNC/UNF), a #8 screw has a major diameter of 0.164 inches (≈ 4.17 mm).
32 → This is the number of threads per inch (TPI). So “32” means there are 32 threads in every inch of screw length. A #8-32 is actually a UNF (Unified Fine) thread, as the coarse version would be 8-32 UNC
# Add four 8-32 pem nuts to bottom for the feet. See video 1.mp4

BLUE METAL:

# Increase size of left and right blue side plates. We request 4mm overhand on all sides. See video 2.mp4
# Need cut-out for LED lights on blue faceplate. See video 3.mp4
# Can we laser etch numbers for each blue cut-out? 1 through 20. See video 4.mp4

SILVER + BLUE METAL:

# Reduce the size of the blue faceplate, thus increasing silver metal cut-out for support. See video 5.mp4
# Solve two layer display issue. Increase silver cut-out to accommodate all of touch display. Decrease blue metal to properly fit _only the lit display_ of the LCD display when on. See video 6.mp4
# Include blue mesh under slot cut-outs (also increase to 5 slots per side where each slot is 3mm wide). See video 6a.mp4
# Modify method we support the blue faceplate. See video 7.mp4
# NOTE: about fold of silver metal and PCB cards which must slide out. See video 7a.mp4
# After changes, double check USB cut-outs of blue faceplate to USB sockets of boards. Must be perfectly exactly aligned.

SILVER METAL:

# Power switch cut-out must be slightly modified. See video 8.mp4 (spec attached)
# Shift power switch cut-out and 'connector board' 52mm to the left (when looking at front of unit). See video 9.mp4
# Replace metal rails from first design to the green card rail guides. See video 10.mp4 (spec attached)
## The 2 holes required for each green card rail must accommodate a flat-head screw
